Privacy Policy

Who we are & scope🔗

TONSWAP is a community-led, decentralized project. This Privacy Policy applies to:

Website: tonswap.org (public site, content may be served via IPFS and gateways)
Apps: TONSWAP DEX (Telegram Mini App) and MeowFi (Telegram Mini App), accessible only through Telegram integrations

If a contributor or team operates a specific interface, they do so on behalf of the community and in line with this Policy.

Our data principles🔗

Minimal data by design. We avoid collecting personal data unless strictly necessary to operate core features.
Non-custodial / self-custodial. You control your wallets, keys, and transactions.
Decentralized hosting. Some content is served via IPFS; third-party gateways may have their own logs/policies.

What we (aim to) collect — and why🔗

We do not run third-party trackers or analytics on the website or Apps.

A) Website (tonswap.org)🔗

HTTP requests (minimal logs): The site or IPFS gateways may record standard, short-lived server diagnostics (e.g., timestamp, URL path, user-agent, basic error traces). We do not build profiles, and we do not sell data.
Cookies: By default, we do not set tracking cookies. If a future feature needs a functional cookie, we’ll disclose it inline.

B) TONSWAP DEX (Telegram Mini App)🔗

Telegram init data (required): A signed payload from Telegram (e.g., Telegram user ID, username, display name, language, theme params) to authenticate and render the interface. We process it transiently to operate the Mini App.
Wallet interactions: On-chain addresses and transactions happen via your wallet. We do not take custody or store private keys.
Diagnostics: Minimal, short-lived error logs to keep the service reliable and combat abuse (e.g., replay protection). No behavioral profiling.

C) MeowFi (Telegram Mini App)🔗

Telegram init data (required): As above, to authenticate you.
Gameplay state: Progress, balances, upgrades, achievements, referrals, and in-app actions needed to run the game.
Payments/donations: If you contribute via Telegram Stars or TON, we process essential metadata to fulfill items/bonuses. We do not store full payment instrument details.
Diagnostics: Minimal logs to ensure performance and prevent abuse. No third-party trackers.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)🔗

Performance of a contract: To provide requested features of the DEX/App.
Legitimate interests: Security, fraud/abuse prevention, reliability.
Consent: Where required for optional features (you can withdraw any time).

We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing may occur with:

Telegram (as the Mini App platform)
Infrastructure providers (e.g., IPFS gateways, hosting/CDN, code repositories)
Payment rails (Telegram Stars, TON) only as needed to fulfill transactions
Cross-border transfers may occur; we use appropriate safeguards where legally required.

Retention🔗

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or irreversibly anonymize. Gameplay state persists while your account exists. Short-lived diagnostics are rotated.

Your rights (EEA/UK)🔗

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to processing where applicable. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children🔗

The website and Apps are not intended for use by children under the age required by your jurisdiction (typically 16 under GDPR). Do not use if you do not meet the requirement.

Security🔗

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, but no online system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for your device, Telegram account, and wallet security.

Telegram-specific notes🔗

The Apps run in Telegram’s WebView and rely on Telegram’s signed init data. Your use is additionally subject to Telegram’s terms and policies.

Account deletion / contacts🔗

MeowFi: Delete your account from within the App; gameplay data will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period.
TONSWAP DEX: No account is created; you connect your wallet as needed.
Contact: Use the in-App Support link or the official Telegram bot linked from tonswap.org.

Changes🔗

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or in-App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
