Agreement & scope🔗

By accessing tonswap.org (the “Website”) or using the TONSWAP DEX and MeowFi Telegram Mini Apps (collectively, the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Apps.

Nature of the project🔗

TONSWAP is a decentralized, community-led project. Interfaces may be open-source and hosted via IPFS. Where a community team operates a specific interface, they do so on a non-custodial basis.

Eligibility & compliance🔗

You must:

• Meet your jurisdiction’s minimum age; and
• Not be subject to sanctions, export restrictions, or laws that prohibit your use of Telegram Mini Apps, crypto tools, or decentralized protocols.
  You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your location.

Non-custodial / self-custodial🔗

TONSWAP is non-custodial/self-custodial. You control your wallets, keys, and transactions at all times. We do not hold, transfer, or recover your assets or keys.

No financial, legal, or tax advice🔗

Content on the Website and Apps is for informational or entertainment purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research.

DEX specifics (Telegram Mini App)🔗

• Automated smart contracts: Swaps, liquidity, and other actions are executed by on-chain contracts on The Open Network (TON) or integrated protocols.
• No offer/solicitation: Nothing on the DEX is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or financial instrument.
• Listings/launches: Permissionless pools or community-initiated launches do not imply endorsement or due diligence by TONSWAP contributors.

MeowFi specifics (Telegram Mini App)🔗

• Entertainment product: In-app items and MeowFi Tonswap Points (TSP) are fictional game points for gameplay. They are not money, currency, securities, or any regulated financial product.
• No value promises: TSP or in-app items have no price, redemption right, or guaranteed real-world value now or in the future.
• Contributions: Donations/Stars/TON are voluntary, non-refundable, and confer no ownership, profit-share, governance, or redemption rights.

Your responsibilities🔗

You agree to:

• Use the Website/Apps lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Telegram’s policies.
• Maintain the security of your device, Telegram account, and wallets/keys.
• Evaluate risks independently and accept that on-chain transactions are irreversible.

Prohibited conduct🔗

You will not:

• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation; exploit bugs; attempt to manipulate scoring/referrals/liquidity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attack the Website/Apps, smart contracts, or infrastructure; attempt reverse engineering where not permitted.
• Use the services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.

Third-party services & protocols🔗

The Website/Apps rely on third parties (e.g., Telegram, IPFS gateways, wallets, TON blockchain, or other protocols). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party terms, security, uptime, pricing, or availability.

IP & open-source🔗

• Code: Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses. Review repository licenses before use.
• Content & branding: Text, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Website/Apps may be community assets or third-party marks. Do not misuse them. Any permitted use must follow applicable brand guidelines or license terms.

No support obligation🔗

The community may provide updates at its discretion but has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, or continued availability.

Disclaimers🔗

THE WEBSITE AND APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE/APPS OR SMART CONTRACTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES; YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS, IF ANY, ARE NOT AFFECTED.

Limitation of liability🔗

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TONSWAP CONTRIBUTORS, MAINTAINERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE/APPS OR UNDERLYING PROTOCOLS. WHERE LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Website or in-App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
